Privacy Notice

As BilTAY Teknoloji A.Ş. ("BilTAY", "we"), acting as data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), we want to inform you about how we process the personal data we collect through the imge.net.tr website.

2. Personal data we collect

The following data may be processed through forms and interactions on imge.net.tr:

• Identity data: first name, last name
• Contact data: email address, phone number
• Organizational data: company / university name, sector, position (optional fields)
• Message content: messages you send us through the contact form
• Usage data: page visit statistics (Rybbit Analytics — KVKK-compliant, cookieless, anonymous aggregate) and form interactions

3. Purposes of processing

The data we collect is processed for these limited purposes:

• Delivering the download link, activation code or demo access you requested
• Evaluating Founder Program applications and issuing certificates
• Replying to contact form messages and providing technical support
• Sending product updates and announcements by email, where you have asked for them
• Meeting our legal obligations (invoicing, contracts, certificate records)

4. Legal basis for processing

Your data is processed on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Your explicit consent (the KVKK consent checkbox on our forms)
• Necessity for entering into or performing a contract (licence, subscription)
• Compliance with our legal obligations (tax, invoicing, record retention)
• Our legitimate interests (product development, service quality — proportionately and transparently)

5. Transfers and third parties

Your data is not marketed, not sold, and not shared with third parties beyond the notifications described here. Transfers may occur only in the following limited cases, arising from our service infrastructure:

• To legal authorities where legally required (court order, request from a competent authority)
• Between BilTAY ecosystem services (LEADs CRM, BilTAY Cloud, ARC Identity) — all under the same data controller and hosted within Turkey
• Email delivery infrastructure (Listmonk, self-hosted) — runs on our own servers; there is no transfer to a third-party cloud provider

6. Retention periods

• Waiting list / notification records: until you ask us to stop, or deleted immediately upon a KVKK deletion request
• Contact form messages: 2 years (statutory retention obligation)
• Founder Program records: for the term of the contract + 10 years from its end (invoice/contract retention under the Turkish Commercial Code)
• Page usage statistics: anonymized or deleted after 13 months (Rybbit default)

7. Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted on servers within Turkey (BilTAY data centre, Eskişehir). There is no transfer abroad. Data residency on Turkish servers is a design principle of imge — not only for KVKK compliance, but also for intellectual-property protection.

8. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about it if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
• Request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

9. Exercising your rights

To exercise the rights above, write to us at imge@biltay.com.tr. Please include information that lets us verify your identity, and state your request clearly. By law we respond within 30 days; requests are free of charge.

10. Cookie policy (short)

imge.net.tr uses no trackers or marketing cookies beyond strictly necessary ones. Page usage statistics are collected with Rybbit Analytics (self-hosted, cookieless, KVKK-compliant) — only anonymous aggregate data, with no link to personal identity.

11. Updates

This notice may be updated in response to changes in legislation or in the scope of our services. We announce significant changes through the consent text on our forms and through the "Last updated" date on this page.
